Braham-Barrett Joins On Loan

Braham-Barrett Joins On Loan

Macclesfield left back Craig Braham-Barrett has joined Cheltenham until January on loan.

The intitial loan spell expires on January 1st and the 25 year old will give Mark Yates options as either a left back but also somebody capable of playing left midfield.

Speaking to the Official Site Yates explained.

'It's a good signing for us. This nearly happened a few weeks ago but we held fire. With a bit of prudence and playing around with money, we realised we had the chance to bring him in. I think the fans will be excited by him because he's direct, he'll bomb on and he will create.'

Yates adds that Neil Howarth talks to Macclesfield boss John Askey quite a lot as they are friends, and he's admitted that he's disappointed they've had to let him go because of their own financial issues, so this is a great time for Yates to see how he fits in and then make a decision in January on where we go next.
