'If It's Football, It's Vital'

League Remains Open

Mark Yates still believes the league is wide open and it all depends on who puts the best run together in the remaining games.

Speaking to BBC Radio Gloucester Yates insisted the league was still wide open for any team who can put a run together, and Cheltenham have given up on nothing believing we can be a team who makes a difference.

'I think there will be lots of ups and downs for everybody. Port Vale have lost their last two and Gillingham lost one and then drew on Saturday. No one is guaranteed anything, so you've got to take care of yourselves. It doesn't matter where you are in the table, your next match is the most important one.'

Yates added that although we've only had one defeat in 11 games, he knows we have picked up too many draws so again it's back to aiming for clean sheets and three points.
