'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Yates - We Were Poor All Over

Mark Yates has slammed our performance against Dagenham and Redbridge, calling us poor all over the pitch.

Speaking to the Official Site following the game, the manager said didn't really pull any punches as he said the performances just wasn't good enough.

'The supporters came down here to support the boys and we gave them nothing to cheer about. It was a really poor performance, everyone has to take responsibility and I include myself in that. It wasn't good enough.'

Yates goes on to say that we lost too many individual battles, let alone the group battles, and in some ways the result actually flattered to deceive when it came to how we performed.

He's demanded that we see a response in our next game from the lads.
